Lou and Gail Denski are our new franchisees in our Brighton Pie Shop. It is located in the heart of the beautiful town of Brighton on East Grand River – the main artery of the town. Lou and Gail have been working hard on converting the shop to the Bakery Café Destination similar to our newer shops and original shop in downtown Traverse City. Please stop by and pay them a visit – it looks (and tastes) great!
In addition to our award winning fruit and cream pies they offer our complete Bakery Café Lunch menu of gourmet sandwiches, quiches, pot pies, soups, salads, and wraps. They have added additional seating and offer a wide variety of lunchtime catering options.
