Our first Pie Shop opened July 1996 by company founders Mike and Denise Busley. The shop is conveniently located on West Front Street in Traverse City just a short walk from downtown. Our open air design has the kitchen in full view of our customers. There's comfortable seating for those who would like to sit and relax with a slice of pie and a cup of gourmet coffee.

We serve espresso, smoothies, and a variety of home made baked goods. Our most recent menu additions include whole pot pies (chicken, prime rib) and whole quiches to go. These make wonderful dinner or breakfast/brunch items.

Tomato Basil Bisque A classic French preparation method with liberal amounts of cream and butter makes this a rich and creamy bisque. Bursting with fresh tomato flavor, it is perfectly seasoned with a touch of basil.
Broccoli Cheese A hearty combination of broccoli florets in a rich, creamy cheddar cheese soup.
Chicken Noodle All-American Classic! Tender cuts of white chicken coupled with thick kluski egg noodles accented with carrots, onions and celery in a rich, home-style chicken broth.
