Preserving the Pies

pies_arrangedStore Fruit Pies at room temperature right in the box. To reheat a single slice, microwave for 20-30 seconds, or put the whole pie in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Pumpkin and Pecan Pies should be stored in the fridge in their own boxes. Cream Pies can be stored in their own boxes in the refrigerator. Of course, we recommend enjoying all of our pies at their freshest.

Reheating Instruction
Precooked quiches, pot pies and fruit pies

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Bake pie for 25 to 30 minutes*
  3. Internal temperature must reach 165° for 15 seconds

Baking Instruction
Frozen pot pies and fruit pies

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Vent pie by making (6) 1/2″ slots
  3. Bake pie for 1-1/2 to 2 hours* or until top of pie is golden brown
  4. Internal temperature should reach 190°
